Dr. Death
Dr. Death, reported by Laura Beil, began with Christopher Duntsch, a neurosurgeon in Texas whose operations left patients maimed while hospitals kept letting him work.
Later seasons move to other medical harm, same method: records, survivors, and the professional courtesy that functioned as cover. Beil explains the medicine without turning it into spectacle.
The first season is a narrative about systems. A bad doctor is the character. The plot is every institution that had a reason not to be the one to stop him.
Start with season one and stay with Duntsch until the licensing story is clear. Newer items in the feed may advertise a different show. The season titles name the doctor.
